Michelle brings so much energy to her work with children and educators alike! Her passion for helping teachers connect with their students virtually through movement, connection, structured literacy, and meaningful activities is evident from the moment you meet her.  We were so lucky to have Michelle share her knowledge during our literacy conference.

Michelle is an excellent resource for instructing adults on how to teach OG methods online. Aspire Academy hired Michelle to teach our tutors how to teach using Zoom platform. It allowed us to provide awesome lessons and reading support to our students, and to not only maintain the reading, but keep them progressing throughout the program during the pandemic. She showed us how we didn’t have to sacrifice to fidelity of instruction by going online, and how to keep the interaction between tutor and student engaging and interactive. Students at the Academy soared because of her help. Now that the pandemic is over, I call her every time I need to train a tutor to provide online services. We can reach students all over now because we can provide quality online reading tutoring. With Michelle‘s training, we were able to maintain our high quality standards and reach students in rural areas who can’t travel.

With all of the recorded videos and webinars available these days (most of which I eventually tune out after the beginning), I was hesitant to sign up. What makes Michelle's different is that it's live and interactive as well as super helpful, starting with the simplest ways to make virtual teaching/tutoring engaging and only then moving on to the fanciest, high-tech ways. She also included troubleshooting on how to conceal computer glitches from students! Absolutely worthwhile--and a fantastic deal for the price! I will be signing up for her others!

Michelle has made such a huge difference in my life this past year that I’ve worked with her, and as a result, the lives and learning of my students! She is a great coach, filled with all kinds of solutions to the many challenges that we face. Michelle is responsive nature and practice has helped me make my transition from full-time public school specialize teaching to doing what I actually dream of as a tutor.
